Signing Up for Foglight Cloud

The Quest account is a crucial component for uploading and accessing captured data from monitored connections, as well as managing access to various features of Foglight Cloud.
To join the organization on Foglight Cloud, you will get an email invite from Foglight. In the email, click Accept Invitation. If you already have a Quest account, you will be redirected to the Foglight Sign In page.

To sign in, perform the following steps:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address.
2. In the Password field, enter your password.
3. Click Sign In. The Welcome page is displayed.

If you are a new user, you will have to create a Quest account. To create a Quest account:

1. In the First name and Last name fields, enter your details.
2. In the Email field, enter your email address.
3. In the Password field, enter your password.
4. From the Country or region dropdown list, select the country you reside in.
5. Select the checkbox to agree the terms and privacy policy.
6. Click Sign Up.

Look out for an email from no-reply@foglightcloud.com.

Accept invitation

You will receive a verification email from no-reply@foglightcloud.com.

1. Open the email when it arrives.
2. Click Accept Invitation.

When accessing an environment for the first time in a capacity where you have owner permissions, it is necessary to accept the Software Transaction Agreement and Software as a Service Addendum. This can be done by selecting the checkbox indicating I have read, I understand, and I accept these agreements.

However, if you have accessed the environment without owner permissions and this message still appears, it is necessary to contact your designated Foglight owner. They will be able to help you complete the necessary steps to gain access to the environment.
