The Foglight Cloud status page serves as a tool to indicate the operational status of the platform in real-time. In the event of any issues, Foglight displays a color indicator at the top right corner of the application, which enables you to promptly identify the severity of the issue and provides you a link to the status page where you can get more information about the status of fixing the issue.

To view the current status of Foglight Cloud, click on the alert indicator, and then Go to System Status page. This redirects you to the Foglight Cloud Status page.
You can stay informed about incident creation, updates, and resolutions by subscribing to Foglight Cloud notifications. You can choose to receive updates via email, text message, Slack, or through Atom or RSS feeds. Click Subscribe to Updates to customize your notification preferences.
This helps you to proactively monitor the status of Foglight Cloud and respond to issues promptly.
Foglight provides a platform where users can share their ideas, ask questions, and participate in discussions.
To access the Foglight community, click on the Hamburger icon and select Ask Foglight Community from the drop-down list. It redirects you to the Foglight Community page.
To create new discussion threads to share your thoughts, ideas, or ask questions, click Forum.
To access content related to specific topics like use cases or best practices, click Wikis.
To provide feedback and inquire about sales, support, accounting, or licensing matters, click on the Hamburger icon and select Send Feedback.
